3rd Grade Reading: I use a Phonics program called HD Word. We build words with letter tiles. We segment the words into syllables before we blend them together. We build fluency by reading texts with the phonics concept of the week in them.
3rd Grade Math: We have completed units about rounding, addition, and subtraction.
4th Grade Math: We have completed units about addition, subtraction, multiplication, and multi-step problems.
4th and 5th Grade Phonics: I use a Phonics Intervention program called Blitz. We build words with letter tiles, and we build fluency by reading texts with words with the phonics concept of the week in them.
Social Skills: I work individually with students from Kindergarten to 5th grade on various social skills.
